Graphic Preferences for BIRTHDAY YARDGRAMS: Please provide information that will help with personalization including hobbies, sports, teams, etc. We suggest choosing 6-8 graphics. We will choose your top preferences based on availability at the time of booking. If you do not complete this section, we will use our descretion in choosing appropriate graphics.

Style Preference: Sometimes if we have extra graphics available, we are able to add more. This will give the yardgram a fuller appearance. Please indicate your style preference below.

How did you hear about CB Yardgrams?

Sometimes we are able to set up before 7PM for no extra charge. This is based on availabilty of the items in your rental. Pick up time would still remain as after 7pm on the night of your event. Let us know if you'd prefer the set up before 7PM (if possible) or if you'd like it set up during our typical installation time of 7:00 PM- 11:30 PM. Both options are on the date PRIOR to your event.

I am aware that the signs are rentals and that they are set up the day/evening before the event and will be picked up after 7 PM on the night of the event. I understand that if I do not leave outside lights on, my yardgram may not be set up.

I agree to not move the signs or tie anything to them.
