Reservation Policy

Rental Agreement & Policies
  1. If your lawn is scheduled to be serviced while the signs are displayed, please contact the provider and have your day switched. This includes both mowing and/or chemical treatments.

  2. If you have a dog that uses the lawn, please pick up after them PRIOR to set up.

  3. Please turn off sprinklers on the day of installation and keep them off until after pick up.

  4. If your sign is meant to be a surprise, keep this in mind if you have a dog that barks. We also recommend keeping blinds closed and/or drapes drawn. Additionally, be aware if you have a doorbell camera that may sound an alert if activated.

  5. At least one person in the household must know that we will be coming to set up. Additionally, if there are neighbors that would be suspicious of people on your lawn, please notify them prior to set up.

  6. The booking request requires a picture of the house. The picture helps us plan for your set up beforehand and to find your house. If your house number is not easily visible, please let us know. Also, we need to know if the house is on a main road. For safety precautions, we may have to park in the driveway if there is not a reasonably close side street. Please send a street view picture.

  7. All lawns are not created equal. We try to find the best location for set up and make adjustments depending on trees, hills, rocky ground or space limitations.

  8. Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning or sitting on them.

  9. We encourage you to take pictures. However, DO NOT pull the signs form the ground, move them or pull the letters or graphics off of their stakes for photos. Pictures look best when people are posing behind the last row and the picture is being taken from the center.

  10. We ask that you treat the display with respect. Please DO NOT MOVE items or vandalize them. If you do not like the display gift that was rented for you, please call us and we will remove it.

  11. DO NOT MOVE THE SET UP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

  12. The signs that make up your yardgram are part of our inventory. If any signs are missing or damaged upon pickup, we reserve the right to invoice you for $10/item.

  13. We photograph each set up to make sure it is perfect before we leave, but we cannot control Mother Nature. Our signs are waterproof, however wind and rain may cause the signs to shift which is beyond our control.

  14. Signs are set up the day or evening prior to the event (rain or shine). We will return the next evening (the day of the event) after 7pm to remove the signs. If the sign is a surprise, we will try our best not to be seen while setting up, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  15. By booking your yardgram, you acknowledge that CB Yardgrams and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up,  removal, or duration of any rental.

  16. Please do not tie balloons to the signs or their stakes. 

  17. Extreme weather including powerful wind gusts may require the set up to be picked up earlier than scheduled. In this event, we will contact you prior to picking up. 

REFUND POLICY

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability. 

  2. In the event of inclement or hazardous weather (including high winds, snow, etc.), we may not be able to set up the lawn display and will completely refund your money. 

  3. No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address.

  4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display early.

  5. No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display form being set up. 

  6. No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community. Please provide any gate security code information in the notes section of the booking inquiry.
